Prep
Myself and Matt from Ps visuals were lucky enough to be booked by the beautiful Charlotte and Anthony for their elegant and contemporary wedding at Warwick house.

With such a gorgeous location for Bridal Prep I wanted to do a small blog on how to make the most of your Bridal Prep and why the images are often some of my favourites from the day!
Bridal Prep
Warwick House
Myself and Matt (videographer - www.psvideography.com) arrived early morning at the gorgeous Warwick House, Warwickshire. With its ideal rooms for Bridal Prep and wedding breakfast, Rich History and attentive staff, Warwick House makes for a very desirable wedding location, ideal for both photography and videography!
Charlotte had made the decision beforehand to get partly ready at home before arriving at Warwick House, so Bridal Prep began a little later in the getting ready phase. For those that would prefer the cameras to be away before the later stages of prep this is a great decision, after all we all want to feel our best in front of the camera!
I like to start my day by capturing the details, Shoes, flowers, jewellery and of course the wedding gown!
Mother of the Bride
Always a favourite shot is someone important to you helping you into your wedding gown. With a huge bay window behind me it was the perfect light to capture Charlottes mom help her with the final buttons!
Warwick House has both a bridal prep room and a bridal suite, we made the decision to take the majority of the photos in the gorgeous Bridal suite, with its large bay window and four post bed, it made for wonderful shots of the ladies enjoying their morning! Importantly this also meant that any clutter was kept in a separate room and myself and Matt could move freely around the wedding party just picking out the nicest shots and angles!
TOP TIP
Keep your girls nearby, natural photos of you enjoying yourselves, being helped into your heels or even just in the background while you have a few portraits done, all add to the atmosphere and tell the story of your wedding day!

This stunning bouquet was provided by www.appleblossomwhite.co.uk and was a huge hit on my social media!
Charlottes flawless and natural makeup was done by the very talented www.instagram.com/kissthebridekate
And just like that, it was time to head to the church! With Dad waiting at the bottom of the stairs it made for gorgeous traditional shots of the bride descending the stairs!

TOP TIPS
The key to a great start to your wedding day is time keeping. You don't have to be up at the crack of dawn, just plan your time well and give a little extra time. Its also worth noting that it is the right of the bride to be fashionably late!

Think about light and space ahead of the big day, Natural light on your face is not only good for the make up artist but great for your photographer.

Make it an event! crack open the champagne, enjoy your morning with your friends and family and relax in comfort knowing we will capture all the big moments and all the small details on your wedding day!
